Customer account details

Use the Customer Account Details page to view active subscriptions and order history for a customer.

Customer account details options
Option Definition
Place/Cancel Order Click to create a new order or replace/cancel a current order.
Delete Customer Click to delete and de-provision the customer.
Move Customer Click to move a customer to or from one subpartner to another.
  • You must have the required user roles for the primary partner and subpartners to move a customer.
  • Both partners must have the same partner type.
  • Partners can move their customers to their subpartners. But they can’t move their subpartner’s customers to themselves or to another subpartner.
Note: All orders move with the customer (you cannot select which orders to move).
Subscriptions Active Subscriptions
  • Product — Specifies the name of the product.
  • Ordered Quantity — Specifies the number of seats ordered.
  • Term — Specifies the length of the subscription and billing cycle.
  • Start Date — Specifies the start date for the subscription.
  • End Date — Specifies the end date for the subscription.
History
  • Product — Specifies the name of the product.
  • Quantity — Specifies the number of seats ordered.
  • Term — Specifies the length of the subscription and billing cycle.
  • Ordered Date — Specifies the date the subscription was ordered.
  • Grant Number — Specifies the grant number.
  • Status — Specifies the status of the subscription.
  • Order ID — Specifies the order ID.
Customer Information Specifies customer information including the customer's address and contact information.

Edit — Click to edit the customer information.

Customer Actions Details to Send

  • Customer User Activation/Password Reset Email — Select to include account information details.
  • Order Confirmation — Select to include product installation details.
  • From email address — Shows your administrative email address.
  • To email address — Shows the recipient email address.

  • Cancel — Click to cancel the action.
  • Submit — Click to send the email.
