Use this page to update customer information for a subscription.

Customer tab options
Option Definition
Partner Information
  • Partner Company Name — Specifies the company name of the partner.
Customer Information
  • Customer Company Name — Specifies the company name of the customer.
  • Industry — Specifies the industry.
  • Number of Employees — Specifies the number of employees who work for the customer.
  • Language — Specifies the language the customer will use. The partner's language is selected by default.
  • Customer Type — Specifies the customer type.
  • Customer Reference Number — Specifies the customer reference number.
  • Manage Security for this Customer — Specifies whether or not the partner will manage security.
Company Primary Address

Specifies the primary address of the customer. Includes the following fields:

  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • Country
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code

Primary Contact

Specifies the primary contact information, including:

  • Existing Partner Contacts — Select an existing contact or complete the fields to add a new contact.
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Confirm Email Address

Technical Contact

Specifies the technical contact information, including:

  • Existing Partner Contacts — Select an existing contact or complete the fields to add a new contact.
  • Same As Primary Contact — Select to populate the technical contact with the same information as the primary contact.

  • Email Address
  • Confirm Email Address
