Manage user accounts

Configure user accounts to control how users access and use the software.

Before you begin

Activate your user account.


  1. From MVISION ePO, select MenuConfigurationUsers & Roles.
  2. Perform one of these actions:
    • View user account — Select the user name.
    • Configure a user — Assign roles.
    • Create user account — Click Invite User, type the email address of the person you want to invite, then click Invite.

      An invitation is sent to the new user with instructions on how to activate themselves as a user and create a password. The invitation is valid for seven days.

    • Delete user account — Select the user name, click Delete, then confirm that you want to delete the user.

      The Users page appears with a confirmation message that the user has been deleted.
