Upgrade the software in a standalone environment You can upgrade Change Control or Application Control in the standalone configuration, also called unmanaged or self-managed. You can upgrade the software in one of these modes: Interactive mode — An installation wizard guides you through the steps required to upgrade the software. Silent mode — Upgrade is non-interactive with no progress bar or displayed messages. Instead, a log file captures information, including whether the upgrade was successful. You can review the log file and determine the results of the upgrade. Recommended for medium- and large-scale deployments.
