Removing McAfee Agent from Windows When you select Remove McAfee Agent on next agent-server communication while deleting a system from the System Tree, McAfee Agent is removed from the system during the next agent-server communication. If managed products still reside on systems after trying to remove McAfee Agent, it continues to run unmanaged in updater mode to maintain those managed products.
